Annual ‘Perm Engine Company” JSC shareholders meeting

Annual "PMZ" JSC shareholders meeting was held on June 23, 2010.

Voting turnout at the meeting was 96,65% of the total voting shares. The shareholders adopted the annual report of the company, annual financial statement including profit and loss statement for 2009. "Scientific Technical Center of Military Industrial Complex Audit" JSC was confirmed as an auditor. 

 A new board of directors of 9 members was elected including 7 representatives of UIC "OBORONPROM" JSC (A.G.Reus, D.Y.Lelikov, V.P.Lapotko, G.B.Kirpichov, M.D.Dicheskul, P.M.Osin, D.E.Petrov ) and two representatives of United Technologies Corporation (Ye.V.Aleksandrova, S.V.Fefelova). A new audit commission of three people was also appointed including M.Yu.Tugaev, S.N.Sushkova, A.V. Kozhevnikov.

"Perm Engine Company" JSC is a serial manufacturer of civil and military application aircraft engines, industrial gas turbines for electric power generation sets and gas pumping packages. "PMZ" JSC is included into "United Engine Building Corporation" - 100% specialized subsidiary company of OJSC "UIC "OBORONPROM" for engine building companies assets management.

UIC "OBORONPROM" JSC is a multi-profile machinery building group, founded in 2002 and  included into the "Russian Technologies" State Company. The key businesses include helicopter building ("Russian Helicopters"  JSC), engine building (MC "UEC" ) and others. The corporation sales in 2009 exceeded 130 bln. rub.
