Regular Meeting of Board of Directors of Perm Motors Group Management Company

The regular meeting of Board of Directors of Perm Motors Group Management Company took place on the February 1, 2007. Main plan figures of Perm Motor Group for the year 2007 were discussed thereat.

The Board of Directors approved the Perm Motors Group Management proposals, according to which the sales revenue will grow up to 11% (will amount 13.6 bln. rubles) and net profit will increase in 2.9 times compared to expected outcomes of the year 2006.

Valeriy Zheglov, General Director of Perm Motors Group noted that the companies of the Perm Motors Group have been gaining results of their activity year-by-year and make their positions on the air-engine and industrial gas-turbine markets more strong.

The next task, put by the Board of Directors for February and March of the current year, is to define more exactly the already initiated and new investment programs, which are directed for the development of production capacities, updating of serially produced items and mastering of new production. First of all, it concerns the PS-90A2 aero-engine, gas turbine rated at 25 MW and the improvement of 12 MW and 16 MW production gas turbines operation reliability.
