Gensets for “Sylvinite”

Early in February 2006, "Aviadvigatel" signed a contract with "Sylvinite" for construction of gas turbine CHP plant rated at 12 MW (el). Construction of the powerplant at the territory of the largest Russian producer of potassium fertilizers and various salts is scheduled for 2006.

CHP plant consists of two "Ural-6000" GT gensets (6 MW (el) each) additionally equipped with boost compressors and waste heat recovery boilers to produce heat and power. All the works from equipment supply to turnkey construction will be performed by "Aviadvigatel".

The first "Ural-6000" GT genset was supplied by Perm Motors Group in 2004 to Ivanovskaya CHP Plant (Ivanovo).

Perm gensets meet all Russian environmental standards. GT gensets are supplied to the Customer's site pre-assembled allowing a short commissioning period (to 1 month). GT genset payback period is 3...4 years.

The total operating time of Perm gas turbines in industrial application is more than 3.6 M hours. As of today, more than 150 GT gensets made by Perm Motors Group are operating in Russian oil and gas and power companies.
