Perm Motors Holding has officially consolidated the right to unique trade name

PERM MOTORS GROUP Management Company granted the certificate for registering its trade name in the State Register of Trademarks and Trade Names of the Russian Federation.

Since December 19, 2005 the Company has had the right to solely use of PERM MOTORS trademark as its trade name during the next ten years.

PERM MOTORS trade name is protected for six different types of application, among which is the name of the Holding products and services, including the production of aircraft engines, engines for power generation and gas transportation applications, engines installation, maintenance and repair as well as the management, administrative, financial and legal activities in the above application areas.

The application for the trade name registration was filed to the Federal Institute of Industry Property on April 1, 2004, when the specially organized commission had selected the best type of the trade name from forty types of the trademarks submitted for consideration and when Aviadvigatel's Intellectual Property Protection Dept had proven its novelty. The copyright belongs to Aviadvigatel's Design Bureau Manager, Mr. Viacheslav Oschepkov.
