The shareholders meeting of PERM MOTORS GROUP Management Company

The special general meeting of the shareholders of PERM MOTORS GROUP Management Company was held on October 20, 2005. All the shareholders of the Company took part in the meeting.

The meeting revoked, ahead of schedule, the powers of the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission, which had been elected by the annual general meeting of the shareholders in June 2005.

The shareholders' meeting has elected a new Board of Directors of nine members and a new Audit Commission of three members. The meeting has also approved "Finance P" Audit Corporation (Perm city, Russia) as the auditor of the Company.
