The shareholders meetings were held at PERM MOTORS

The recurring annual meeting and special general meeting of PERM MOTOR shareholders were conducted on October 19, 2005. The shareholders approved the Company's Annual Report and annual accounts for the year of 2004 and elected a new Board of Directors and a new Audit Commission.

For the reporting period the Company performed all the obligations for current payments and re-structured indebtedness for the Federal budget and for funds other than budgets.
It was decided to pass the dividends for 2004.
