Perm Motors’ exposition attracted keen interest of the participants and guests of Hannover Fair

On April 11, 2005 the largest international industrial fair Hannover Messe' 2005 was opened in Hannover, Germany. The high technology products presented at the exposition of Perm engine companies and enterprises attracted great interest of Russian and foreign companies' representatives.

The Russian Exposition and Russian-German Forum in Hannover were opened by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and Federal Chancellor of Germany, Gerhard Schröder. Russia took part in the Fair as a country-partner. The Hannover Messe' 2005 is a unique event that provide the entire review of the world industry status. The vast business program was implemented within the framework of the fair and in particular the Russian-German Technology Forum, Russian-German Day of Economics, various presentations, seminars and Business Club.

The General Director of PERM MOTORS GROUP, Alexander Inozemsev, took part in the official activities of the fair. On April 12, 2005 Aviadvigastel's Deputy General Designer, Daniil Sulimov, presented the report "Perm Gas Turbine Technologies" at the Session of the Russian Industry Forum devoted to the collaboration of Russian and German enterprises in power generation industry.

PERM MOTORS GROUP presented several exhibits. These are the GTU-4P and GTU-16P serial-produced gas turbines, mock-ups of "Ural-4000" and "Ural-6000" gas turbine power stations as well as the pilot ball-and-screw ratio changer. Perm high technology products attracted keen interest of the participants and guests of the fair.

On April 12, Arkadi Volsky, the President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Businessmen, visited the display booth of the PERM MOTORS GROUP. The issues and problems of Federal support of new Perm developments and rise in the
production volumes of the PS-90A aero-engine (the most up-to-date Russian engine for long and medium-haul aviation) were discussed.

Much attention to PERM MOTORS GROUP exposition was paid by German mass media. On April 11 Alexander Inozemtsev gave the interview for the German TV channel "Deutsche Welle".

Much attention to Perm gas turbines was also paid by the President of Chechen Republic, Ali Alhanov. The prospects of supplying gas turbine machinery produced by Perm Motors to Chechen region were discussed with the Republic's President. At the same day Perm representatives conducted the negotiations with the representatives of the Sverdlovsk Region and some large enterprises of the Ural region regarding the deliveries of Perm gas turbine power stations. Besides PERM MOTORS GROUP display booth was visited by the representatives of companies from Germany, Greece, India, Pakistan, New Zealand and some other states interested in using gas turbine technologies in their industry.

Recently gas turbine power stations and gas transportation packages driven by Perm gas turbines have been successfully operated at the facilities of Gazprom, Surgutneftegaz, Ukos, and Geoil-bent, regional power-generation companies of Bashkirenergo, Ivenergo and others. At present the total running time of Perm gas turbines in the power generation industry exceeds 2.8 million hours thus testifying to their high reliability and efficiency.
