GTU-25P for the North-European Gas Pipeline
In January "Perm Engine Company" JSC shipped two gas turbines GTU-25P rated at 25MW for compressor station Babaevskaya in the framework of "Gasprom" JSC strategic project on construction of the on-shore section of "North Stream" gas pipeline.
The gas turbine is intended for operation as part of the gas pumping train GPA-25 "Ural" made by "Iskra-Turbogas" Ltd..

- Today 25 MW gas turbines are highly demanded at "Gasprom" JSC facilities. These GTUs are primarily required for compressor stations of new main gas pipelines. The stock of "PMZ" JSC orders for 2010-2011 provides for delivery of five GTU-25P and one spare engine PS-90GP-25 for "Babaevskaya"CS as well as 15 GTU-25P and three spare engines PS-90GP-25 for CS "Yarynskaya", "Gagartskaya" and "Usinskaya" operating on the main gas pipeline "Bovanenkovo-Ukhta".
